Whenever possible, we give out fully charged batteries, so you can focus on your shoot and not have to charge them before shooting.
However, unfortunately we are not always able to provide fully charged batteries, and this can be due to a number of reasons, with a few examples:
- If the gear you are renting just returned before your pickup
- If we received your reservation request not long before your pickup appointment
In such a case, we will gladly add a free charger (if it's not already included) to your gear list and try to communicate this to you as early as possible.
