If any of the gear gets damaged, lost or stolen, stops working, or anything similar – you are obligated to let us know as soon as possible! That way we can promptly start resolving the issue.

Your timely communication enables us to make alternative arrangements for upcoming rents, minimizing potential disruptions. We appreciate your respect and cooperation.

When possible, depending on gear and crew availability, we will try to replace the gear so you can continue with your shoot.

When our gear gets damaged or stops working, DO NOT try to fix it yourself. We kindly request that you return the damaged gear as soon as possible to expedite the process.

In the case of gear damage, loss, theft or similar, you will be held liable and financially responsible for damages and possible reimbursement in form of replacement or service.

In addition to repair or replacement costs, we charge an additional fee that will differ based on what piece of gear is affected and when/whether the damage/loss/theft is reported.

  • regular issue fee - 50% of affected gear's first day rate (minimum 15 EUR)
  • unreported issue fee - 100% of the affected gear's first day rate (minimum 50 EUR)
