If you are late enough to step into another customer's appointment, we'll have to ask you to wait until we're done with the other customer's renting procedure before we can service you.
If you are late enough to go beyond our working hours, our staff and gear will not be available for pickup. In that case, you might only be able to pick up the gear the next working day, depending on the appointment and crew availability.
