We are unable to hand out equipment without having received your payment. That's why we accept both cash and cards during pickup. Thank you for your understanding!
If you already sent your payment as a bank transfer, but the transaction still hasn't settled at the moment of pickup, we will unfortunately still require payment on pickup. This charge can then be refunded after the original bank transaction settles. Please note that a bank transfer payment confirmation is not a valid basis on which we can hand out gear.
